Budget Headers: Tight budget ? No problem. Here's the perfect solution for those just trying to get there product out for people to see and buy.  This option is mainly used by artists selling their CDs at shows; however, this is also a great solution for companies looking to escape the corporate atmosphere and adopt a more home grown feel.  

Set-up is extremely fast and simply. You supply the artwork and we print it to our "in-house" labels. We then apply the labels to our pre-cut headers.  

Inside the label: Our main size label is 3.5" high x 5" wide. For this, we fit your image inside the label. Your image will not cover 100% of the label. There will be about 1/16th to 1/8th inch trim.

Full label: If you want your image to cover 100% of the label, order the label that's 3.75" high x 4.75" wide.

Header Options

Submitting Artwork: Production can start right after your order is processed.  If you have a website, simply save your image as a 300 dpi JPG on your server.  When you place your order using our secured online shopping cart, look for the section that says "Notes". It will be right underneath where you enter your credit card information. 

In the "NOTES" field, give us the URL to where your image is saved and we will start work immediately.  If you are unable to put your image up on a website, then we will email you with instructions on how to send your image to us.  For this option, we prefer to work with JPG or TIF files.

We use two different size labels.

Inside the label

Our main size label is 3.5" high x 5" wide.  For this, we fit your image inside the label. Your image will not cover 100% of the label.  There will be about 1/16th to 1/8th inch trim.

Full label

If you want to have your image cover 100% of the label, we will use a label that is 3.75" high x 4.75" wide.

When creating & saving your JPEG be sure to specify width and height and set it at the desired final output size.

- If you are ordering the 3.5" x 5" label, then please save your image as 3.5" x 5"

- If you are ordering the 3.75" x 4.75" label, then please save your image as 3.875" x 4.875" to accomodate bleeds.

If we need to resize your image, it could lead to loss of quality. 

Set resolution to 300 dpi

Viewable Space
CDs: From top in inches= All. (CDs do not block the header)
DVDs: From top in inches = 1 Tier: 1 1/2 -- (1.5) / 2 Tier: 3 1/2 -- (3.5)

DVD Viewable Space Examples: DVDs cover a portion of the header. Viewable space is the amount of space the customer sees.  You can use the non-viewable space to say things like "out of stock, please re-order".
