By default, our
headers anchor into our displays using a middle tongue; however, for those
looking to create a header to use with a display that holds headers differently,
please just let us know. This is a great option for people with existing
displays. We might ask for you to send a sample display in order
to make sure everything aligns properly.
NOTES
We can cut our
headers into just about any shape or size. If you are using our displays,
here are some helpful measurments in order for you to design your header
1 Tier:
Tongue:
By default is 1.5 inches long, 2 inches wide & .125 (1/8) inch thick.
For our displays, you want the toungue to be 2 inches wide & .125
(1/8) inch thick. The length can be longer, if you like.
Width: Top
of display = 6.5 inches wide
Height: From
the back, ground up = 5 1/8 inches.
2 Tier:
Tongue:
By default is 2 inches long, 2.25 inches wide & .125 (1/8) inch thick.
For our displays, you want the toungue to be 2 inches wide & .125
(1/8) inch thick. The length can be longer, if you like.
Width: Top
of display = 6.25 inches wide
Height: From
the back, ground up = 6 .875 inches.
Viewable Space
CDs:
(CDs do not block
the header)
DVDs:
Dvds rise 1.75 inches above the back of the display. So for DVDs, keep in
mind that the first 1.75 inches of your header will be covered. - See
